You were never the problem.
Another skincare step. A smaller waist. A little less of yourself.
There's always someone telling you to change something.
You don't need fixing. Just a moment to remember that.
Five minutes. Some seriously good Ceylon tea. Nobody else's rules.
You're already beautiful. We just make the tea.
Join the #5MinRebellionGrown on an island that never asked permission to be beautiful.
The blends are being formulated. Each tea needs to earn its place on your shelf, so we're making sure the ingredients are just right. They'll only change if it makes them better.
The Muse
A citrus punch with an orange blossom finish.
Rise and light your own fire. Let them keep up.
Yuzu hits first, bright and sharp, like someone just threw open the blinds. Then orange blossom slides in and softens the blow, with clean Ceylon green underneath. It doesn't ease you into the morning. It drags you in by the hand. Hot, or over ice when the day's already loud.
To turn it down. Be less. Don't be too much. Funny, nobody ever asks the sun to dim it. Nobody's coming with the spark. You've had the match the whole time.
The Bloom
Juicy white peach with a soft rose finish.
Late bloomer? Try right on time.
White peach so juicy it should come with a napkin. A soft rose finish, and a little tart edge to keep it honest. It pours coral and tastes like the long, golden middle of a good day. Hot or over ice.
You're behind. Everyone your age has the house, the partner, the five-year plan. Please. Roses don't check what the daisies are doing. There's no schedule. You open when you're ready.
The Aura
Soft lemongrass. Add lemon, watch it change.
Lights low. Still the best thing in the room.
Soft lemongrass, a hush of chamomile, a little warmth from ginger. It brews a deep, moody blue. Squeeze in some lemon and watch it blush violet right in front of you. No caffeine, so it's yours for the whole evening.
To be louder if you want to be noticed. Talk over them. Grab the airtime. Respectfully, no. The most interesting woman in the room is rarely the loudest. Your energy walks in before you do.
The Vice
Black cherry with a dark chocolate finish.
Take the bigger slice. No apology.
Black cherry up front, dark chocolate right behind it, and a little pink-pepper warmth on the way out. Deep ruby in the glass. It tastes like dessert, without the lecture. Hot, or over ice for the afternoon you'd usually feel bad about.
To want less. Be polite. Take the smaller slice and say "oh, I couldn't." You could. Guilt is a cheap trick to keep you quiet, and wanting more was never the flaw. Go on. Seconds are allowed.
Buy it once. Show it off forever.
Four tins, four women, one shelf that finally says something about you. It's art that happens to hold tea. It just sits there, looking better than everything else in your kitchen. Made to be seen, made to be kept, refilled from the pouch.
Sold empty. Collect all four. Obviously.
Just tea, and a little rebellion.
